The design team has adopted a needs-driven approach, making good use of the space to inject sufficient storage capacity into the home. Through the careful choice of materials, the visual effect of the space can be magnified. With the matching soft furnishings, the overall ambience finally reveals a simple and generous living tone. When the natural sunlight radiates through the house, it brings out a neo-classical and stunning “aura” to home living.

For the TV wall in the living room of the common living room area, the design team creatively commissioned a professional painter to use hand-painting techniques to create a vivid and artistic atmosphere in the space, and the realistic stone-textured system panel embellishes the space with a sense of luxury, which further accentuates the main visuals of the space, and also brings out its extraordinary taste and style.

The sliding door of the bedroom near the entrance foyer is made from three kinds of materials, including mirror, HPL boards and lacquer, to increase the sense of layer in the space. In the dining room, the ceiling is designed with mirror glass, offering a sense of spatial amplification through reflection.

Each floor is planned for different purposes. Under optimum lighting and circulation, the first floor is planned for a two-stage foyer entrance and a bedroom for elders. The second floor is for the living room, dining room and kitchen area; the third floor is mainly a space full of personal style; the eldest daughter's room is set in a modern style, while the youngest daughter's room is in a Scandinavian style; and the multimedia room takes on a contemporary chic design. The hand-painted TV wall in the living room is the most distinctive highlight of the whole space, with the special gray-cloud paint on the back wall of the sofa forming a clear contrast, while the detailing touches of the space, such as the wall of the dining room cabinet, the sofa wall and the living room coffee table, all feature a titanium-plated trim to add high-quality texture to the overall space.
