The project site is located in the Eggplant River area of Dadukou District, Chongqing, with Baijusi Mountain in the south direction and the southern section of Chonggang Cliff Line at its back. In the north, Taohua River, Gerao River, Masang River and other rivers flow into the Yangtze River, forming an overall ecological pattern of "the Yangtze River as the river, the cliff as the screen, and the streams and rivers. There are abundant public facilities around the project, including medical facilities, schools, parks and commercial facilities. The design is based on the modern light luxury style, hoping that the visitors will be placed in an environment integrating nature, humanity, life and leisure, and pass on the humanistic and natural genes and the aesthetics of urban art life. The spatial layout continues the bulk elements of architecture and space, extracts the moulding element of Hongya Cave arch in Chongqing as shuttle, maximizes the ecological landscape and puts the negotiation area at the window; Combined with the ecological and natural geographical advantages of the Yangtze River, shimmering art paint, beads of water art and the technique of ushering water into the room on the wall of the space; Centering on the theme of "Yangtze River paddlefish", the large "paddlefish" artwork hanging in the sandpan area reflects the design concept of "paddlefish present, all things live".
