Cloche is a design urban luminaire that combines sustainability and functionality in urban lighting. Not only an original shape, designed by the Italian industrial designer Alessandro Stabile, but also an innovative and sustainable manufacturing, which is common to all the urban luminaires we produce. The lighting body is made of PSV (Second Life Plastic)-certified recycled plastic, itself recyclable, which gives the product a textured effect and structural robustness, such as resistance to UV rays, mechanical impacts - including falls from a height of up to ten metres -, and immunity to corrosion by atmospheric agents and pollutants. The Cloche luminaire can be defined as circular because it is eco-sustainable at every stage of its life: it is produced from green materials made of recycled plastic – e.g., disposable packaging – and it can be recycled at the end of its service life, a cycle that can be repeated an infinite number of times. What's more, the luminaire can be upcycled by upgrading or replacing the LED engine even once it has been installed at height, saving the environment about 15 kg of CO2 for each replacement avoided (source: LCA study conducted in accordance with international ISO 14040 and ISO14044 standards).

From a design point of view, Cloche has a particularly recessed lighting surface inside the dome, which allows for a further reduction in glare and light pollution compared to regulatory limits. Thanks to its geometry, Cloche ensures excellent light control and prevents backscatter, making it a perfect luminaire for alleys and streets with poles more than 4 metres high. If wall-mounted, it is ideal for historically valuable city centres, while in the pole-mounted version it becomes a distinguishing element for pedestrian areas and cycle paths as well as for urban streets and roundabouts. Cloche is therefore an absolutely original and functional element for urban spaces in terms of shape, efficiency and concept, since it represents an environmentally friendly and future-oriented performing luminaire.
