The project adopts a minimalist style infused with traditional Chinese elements, showcasing the taste and sophistication of the owner. Situated in a panoramic river view setting, the building is constructed with marble, copper artistry and curtain walls, exuding opulence without sacrificing grandeur. It’s a enchanting river scenery, allowing the owner to fully enjoy the beauty of the river view while experiencing the warmth and prestige of traditional Chinese architecture.

Inside, the designer employs wood as the primary theme, utilizing Italian marble for the floor and wooden embellishments. Premium materials like golden-threaded nanmu are carefully selected and blended with the French Nice style, perfectly integrating the Chinese preference for wood materials with the modern minimalist aesthetic. The interior furniture features the Stressless series, ensuring unparalleled comfort to meet the owner’s lifestyle needs. Through meticulous design and material selection, a living environment that is both grand and comfortable is crafted. Throughout the entire design process, the designer adhered to the principles of environmental protection. From material selection to construction, environmentally friendly materials and techniques were prioritized to minimize environmental pollution. Water-based paint for wall surfaces and Japanese cypress were among the eco-friendly materials chosen. The entire roof was treated with spray-on fireproof and soundproof materials, while the walls were insulated with comprehensive thermal insulation to minimize the building’s energy consumption. The designer also focused on indoor air purification and ventilation design to ensure that the residents could live in a healthy and environmentally friendly environment.
