Having recovered from a serious illness, the house owner understands the importance of a healthy diet, and therefore advocates whole food to minimize the burden of processed food on the body. Through a meticulous approach to cooking and the interaction of ingredients, food is transformed into delicious and healthy dishes. The owner hopes that in the second half of life, he will be able to help people who have been suffering from long-term illnesses with proper diets.

In terms of building materials, the exterior of the doorway is painted with a plain surface to echo the original, unadulterated nature, while the Japanese-style floral tiles underneath symbolize the homeowner who has flourished like a flower through adversity. On the first floor, the green tiles of the bar are interlocked, presenting a bamboo-like image and implying that the selfless homeowner is soft but resilient.

In the three-story house, the first floor is not only a juice bar that sells freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice but also a mini-market that offers homemade vacuum-sealed food and organic fruits and vegetables, allowing people to replenish their nutrients quickly in the fast-paced society. The second floor is equipped with a noodle-making room, where natural and organic flour is used without adding any chemicals. Noodles are made onsite and can be cooked at home. These dishes will warm your body and bring joy and comfort. Inspired by the seating arrangement of Japanese ramen restaurants, the dining area incorporates mirrors and glass to maximize the efficiency of the limited floor space. At the same time, customers can witness the entire cooking process, bridging the gap between chefs and customers and creating a warm, home-like dining experience. A static electric extractor ensures a healthy environment. The third floor is designated as an employee lounge, as the owner believes that rest is a crucial part of maintaining our health and well-being. Therefore, the space is equipped with staff accommodation and shower facilities. Both customers and employees can feel genuinely cared for in this space.
