Dreamer's Dwellings

Dreamer's Dwellings, located on the outskirts of Hsinchu Technology Park, offers tranquility, safety, and beauty for high-end professionals. The innovative project blends modern architecture with natural landscapes, creating a unique lifestyle and setting a new benchmark in the region. The design forms a cohesive, undulating hill, merging individual structures for stability and visual appeal, and enhancing earthquake safety with advanced materials. Situated amidst farmlands and bordered by mountains and rivers, the project offers a peaceful escape.

Due to frequent earthquakes in Taiwan, Whispering Hillside Haven uses a staggered arrangement, making the buildings appear as part of a cohesive landscape, reducing the individuality of single buildings, and resembling a hill.

Middle units are typically the hardest to sell due to the burden of base number designs. To address this, the design features a "double shoulder" approach, supporting two sets of buildings, avoiding the monotonous appearance of traditional detached houses. This design not only increases visual layers but also promotes interaction and communication among neighbors.

Each home's balcony is staggered, providing more privacy and interaction space for residents, further enhancing living quality.

The project is situated amidst farmland, bordered by mountain ridges and rivers, offering an escape from urban life while maintaining proximity to Hsinchu Technology Park for convenient commuting. This location combines the ease of access to the tech park with the leisurely lifestyle of rural living.

In a Taiwan where community connections are gradually diminishing, these five interconnected buildings form a unique small co-constructed community. The interconnected design, along with staggered balconies, creates a vertical mini-settlement, fostering a sense of togetherness while ensuring privacy.
