SKYNFUTURE continuously optimizes its products and packaging to satisfy people’s demand for the healthy white skin. The brand-new upgraded packaging for it draws inspiration from space capsules that represents the highest level of technological development, aiming to highlight the brand idea of “To scientifically care the skin with active ingredients” and enhance brand recognition.
The design team has integrated the design inspiration and the core ingredient into details of the packaging design. The bottle body is designed as a “skin whitening capsule” able to be held just with one hand; the rail-like design on the side features smooth lines, bringing to mind a transport channel through which the skin whitening product can go deep into the skin to reduce melanin. The top of the lid resembles a lock cylinder to symbolize the encapsulation of the core patented technology, and such a design makes users feel as if opening the door to the healthy white skin when they open the lid. The eye-catching Arabic numerals (symbolizing the core ingredient) against the solid-color background attract users’ attention to product information and show futuristic aesthetics styled in an elegant, restricted manner.
Upholding the design idea of humanistic care, the design team has adopted the double-layer structure and the skin-friendly frosted material, of which the former helps to better store active ingredients and the latter ensures the bottle is easy to grip and open. In this way, the packaging gives a visually layered experience.
