Jisoo Ban : Personal Brand Identity & Merchandise Design

Jisoo Ban is an individual in South Korea. This project aims to create her personal visual brand identity design and design her personal merchandise: a personal logo and personal brand items.

The significant thing considered while designing the logo was that the client's name was Jisoo, and her favorite animal was a baby eagle. The logo consists of the symbol mark and the word mark. The symbol mark is in a baby eagle shape consisting of her initials: J and S.

The personal merchandise for the client was also designed to make her daily life even better. Therefore, each item was carefully designed to fit perfectly into the client's everyday life.

One of the items is the twin letterheads. The client loves to write a letter to her friends, and special letterhead was needed to improve her life. Utilizing carbonless paper, pressure-sensitive paper, this letterhead automatically becomes twin when the client writes on the letterhead. The luminescent mirror is also an interesting item. Utilizing the night-glowing material, the logo on the other side of this mirror glows in a dark environment. This luminescent mirror implies a special message that the client would be able to shine even in dark and challenging times in her life.

The client was sincerely pleased with her logo and her brand items. The client also mentioned that this project would be the most meaningful gift she had ever received.
