CHINA ACCOUNTING HISTORY MUSEUM

The 16th World Congress of Accounting Historians was held at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. The Accounting History Teaching and Research Center of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (China Accounting History Museum) was established as a sub venue for the International Accounting Exchange Conference, providing a platform for global accounting scholars to visit and exchange ideas. The museum takes the development history of accounting as the main theme of its exhibition, with accounting facts from various dynasties and generations as the background. Through a combination of physical displays, scene restoration, graphic and textual explanations, multimedia demonstrations, and other forms of display, it creates a complete reflection of visual, auditory, and tactile experiences and a strong sense of immersion, guiding the audience to experience history faster and better, and inherit history. In the exhibition, using the development history as a carrier, we delve into historical figures, locations, and allusions to narrate the origin and development of accounting. The museum has added an entrance gate to the original architectural form, creating a layered and protruding structure to shape the image of a "dou guan" (a Chinese accounting system), highlighting the position of Chinese accounting in the development of global accounting history. As the main entrance and exit of the hall, due to the low floor height of the main structure, it cannot meet the functional requirements of the hall. Therefore, through the analysis and comparison of various materials and structural shapes, as well as 3D modeling, the hall space is finally perfectly displayed with a gradually increasing shape and mirror stainless steel. At the same time, after the plan was approved, in order to ensure the project schedule, the method of "precise design" was adopted, that is, deepening the drawings in advance, establishing three-dimensional models of key areas, helping to understand the construction process, and making the entire construction process advanced and visualized, so as to coordinate and solve possible problems in the early stage of construction.
