Grand Mansion

Qingdao Laoshan Grand Mansion is located at the foot of Laoshan Mountain, the "No.1 mountain on the sea", adjacent to the egret habitat of Zhangcun River. Based on the design inspiration of "the journey of the egrets returning to the nest", the project strives to achieve the integration of natural aesthetics and human care and create an urban residence by the mountain and sea that coexists in harmony with the environment.

In terms of landscape design, it advocates the concept of "growing houses in the park", supports the permanent upgrading of 3,300 square meters of municipal green space, and creates a 630-meter U-shaped park-style living community surrounded by park. The design focuses on comfort and attaches great importance to ecological values and community interaction, using the layers of space to create a multi-dimensional living experience.

The detail design of the project demonstrates excellent craftsmanship and innovation. For example, "the spring under the tree shade" uses the natural sinking space to create a multi-dimensional garden style, while the floating reception room with elements of "egret, stream, lobby, shade" combines traditional and modern design to form a flexible social space. These sophisticated nodes can improve the functional performance of the space and enhance the visual appeal.

When it comes to the choice of materials, the designers focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness, and natural stone, wood and metal ensure that the design is perfectly integrated with the natural environment. The use of each material is carefully considered to ensure the best balance between aesthetics and functionality.
