Conversion of an attic apartment over three floors, with the main motive to dissolve the existing small-scale and create a spacious luxury apartment.

The room arrangement was almost completely changed to create bedrooms in the lower area and to arrange the living rooms in the upper area, with a wide view.

Existing elements, which were initially rather disruptive, were used to create a loft character - concrete columns were encased in burnished steel and are now beautiful objects in the space.

Large, open kitchen, which visually extends to the terrace was particularly important to the builders, as cooking is a major hobby.

In addition to the essential areas of a classic apartment, the remodel made room for special spaces rarely found in other apartments: a "cigar corner" with a view of the outdoors, a floating bar with wine refrigerator and illuminated Corian bar counter and burnished, illuminated steel panels, and the Theater Room, a partially enclosed space next to the dining area, with a large mirrored wall and staged hand sink.

An important theme, which is reflected in different places in the apartment, is the optical enlargement of the rooms - so already the entrance area with the adjacent staircase to the upper floor visually opens into infinity, this effect is achieved by a large mirrored wall. The same scenario plays out in the theater room. The transformation from the old, nested, narrow apartment to the seemingly limitless loft is particularly noticeable at these points.

For more intimacy and privacy, the artist built sculptures that also function as flower troughs and seat protectors.
