At Canopy Park, comfortable living meets the great outdoors. We were given the opportunity to create an awareness campaign for a new community where the amenities don’t stop at the exit signs. We challenged our design team to stray from the mundane – expected - leasing jargon and play to an emotional level. We believed that more than “where” they lived, we needed to show them “how” they could live. We wanted to invoke the sublime. We let beautiful imagery speak loudly, accompanying it with just enough copy to bring the viewer in, on a relatable stage.
Residents at Canopy relish taking the scenic route. The long way home. Explorers at heart, we encouraged them to “Take the Road Less Traveled”. Don’t escape nature, embrace it.
But nature is more than earth and water. It’s filled with wildlife. What better connection to wildlife do we have than our furry companions. Being pet-friendly is a must-have for Canopy. And every fur parent knows – animals aren’t pets. They are family, loved as family. After all, love isn’t just a 4-letter word. It’s a 4-legged word.
Other communities have 24/7 fitness centers. Sure, Canopy has that. But do the others have trails to hike? Hills to climb? Lakes to relax, swim, and paddle? Backed up to the state’s largest state park, Canopy’s “gym” is over 9,500 acres. Are theirs?
