About The Entry

Sushi - Weizai is a Japanese restaurant located in the Yunyan District of Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, which features Japanese Omakase and its brand symbols, and adopts a simple wabi-sabi aesthetic to create a space that is in line with the popularity of Omakase Japanese food. This project has an interior area of approximately 160 square metres, and the main experience space of the restaurant consists of a 6-seat private room and an open dining space.

Omakase is a Japanese style of dining, where from the moment guests enter the restaurant, they entrust their taste buds to the chef of the day, and enjoy chic, artful cuisine made from the finest ingredients. In addition to the pursuit of delicate, elegant and delicious cuisine, Omakase also aims to create a quiet and elegant dining atmosphere, which further reflects the character of the food in the cuisine.
