The team began by creating an open and airy layout, establishing a contemporary and refined framework. From there, they introduced elements of 'modern luxury' to infuse vibrancy and contrast. Achieving a harmonious blend of light luxury with American style was no simple task - it involved deconstructing, reassembling, and streamlining to craft a space with composed yet light-hearted charm.

Spanning 408 square meters, this private abode, initially a bare-shell, has been meticulously planned to accommodate 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 4 bathrooms. It sketches a blueprint for happiness and is made adaptive to the household’s future needs.

Paired with deep, substantial materials, the elegance of high-grade grey provides the perfect backdrop for this high-rise residence. Herein, lively city views, interplay of light and shadows gracefully intertwine with passage of time.

Styling of curved lines and metal inlays adorn the vaulted ceiling, with such theme carried onto the vertical axis and showcased with mirror surface, tinted glass and metallic sheen.
