About The Entry

Wunderhaus, a company focused on developing a product in the form of a house, aims to combine high architectural content with the virtues of a product. After three years of research and development, they built a prototype that achieved an impressive 101A+ Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This validated their key objectives, making the house energy positive and carbon negative. Over the last year our prototype has meticulously been upgraded and we now offer a house that can potentially surpass an EPC of 120 points, generates a healthy living environment for it inhabitants and is capable of staying off grid for the majority of the year. (Location, orientation and weather pattern dependant)
