Chengdu Huayangnian · Wanghuaxi

As a landmark representing the "Taste Series," Huayuan Group considered the artistic functionality of the community during the planning and design of Huayangnian ·Wanghuaxi. The sales office was planned as a meticulously crafted themed life art museum, which will be open to the public as a community art museum after the project is completed. The Life Art Museum not only provides added value in terms of art and culture to Wanghuaxi, but also offers a friendly and accessible aesthetic space for Huayangnian Group's homeowners. By integrating art into life, just like the garden planted by Monet, fleeting moments of life are solidified into eternal art, becoming the brilliant stars in the history of Impressionism.

During the integration of art at Wanghuaxi, garden elements were also incorporated. Wanghuaxi has approximately 20 acres of active water gardens, and Huayuan Group integrates the open Oriental gardens depicted in Dongfang Fangjunbi's paintings and the origin of the name Chengyuan Huaxi into the landscape design. By linking landscape spaces through art and culture, a beautiful living space and residential experience are created.

In the construction of the gardens, Wanghuaxi employs the design technique of "seeing the large in the small" from the Eastern spatial aesthetics, creating multiple enclosed small spaces that generate a sense of grandeur within limited areas. The gardens of Huayangnian ·Wanghuaxi are not grand or luxurious, but they are poetic. The gardens feature bamboo and streams, poetry and wine, and a small world that is sufficient to accommodate body and mind.

The enclosed spaces adopt the Western garden design philosophy of simplicity and practicality, delineating boundaries through landscape elements such as plants, water features, and corridors, thereby reducing the barrier between architecture and landscape. This presents the Eastern garden aesthetic of "appropriate balance between emptiness and substance, and easy change of scenery" from the philosophy of gardens. Wanghuaxi represents the harmonious integration of Eastern and Western aesthetics and an open expression of transcendent artistic conception in the East.
