R&D Office Building of Glory Road

The case is located in the innovation world of Optics Valley in the core area of "China Optics Valley", a strategic emerging industry concentration area with excellent traffic conditions. Surrounded by important high-tech enterprises from Wuhan and even across the country, the project consists of an office building and a living supporting building, with a total construction area of 22573 square meters and a design area of 12000 square meters.

Based on the product characteristics, corporate philosophy and characteristics of technology-based enterprise of Glory Road, the designers propose a design idea of ‘intelligence and modernity, present and future’. They deconstruct and reorganize elements, using diverse forms and different splicing methods to create a modern, technological, high-quality and culturally rich office environment. After understanding and analyzing comprehensively to the corporate culture and architectural space, they draw inspiration from the Glory Road company products and extract‘core’ elements to make the space highly recognizable and unique.

At the same time, the designers deconstruct and reorganize the architectural space, establish the overall layout, improve the utilization and permeability of the space to create an open and flowing visual space. Design style that matches enterprise attributes contributed to a modern, technological, and sustainable spatial atmosphere. The designers use the LED screen as the visual core, with a strong sense of sequence and depth, to outline a shocking and imposing spatial aura, and also awaken the identity of Glory Road staff towards the enterprise.
