This case involves the renovation of a multi-storey residential building with an approximate indoor area of 165 square meters.

The initial consideration of the plan is that the old townhouse lacks natural light, and the original location of the staircase does not meet the living needs. The best way to reset the staircase in the layout, introduce abundant natural light, and integrate the modern luxury style preferred by the client, which features stone patterns, as the central design axis. The space is designed with a natural and casual milk tea gray tone, and the stone material is used to create a rich collection of figurines, recreating many sensory memories and experiential scenes in urban accommodations, along with their subtle and luxurious atmosphere.

The floor stairs have been moved from the center of the floor plan to the back, creating enough space to add a garage, upgrade functionality, and introduce natural light into the stairwell. The design features large windows on the first and second floors, providing spacious and bright views both inside and outside. The garage walls are decorated with stone-patterned wood panels and embedded lights, creating a luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The hall area is coordinated with shades of light and dark gray, with a bold main wall breaking the monotony, illuminated by warm light on both sides of the skylight, softening the outline of the residence and creating a rich display stage. The glass brick windows in the stairwell create a beautiful scene, while warm wood tones are injected into the private areas through hidden doors, and the bedrooms echo the theme with a serene and calm atmosphere. The elegant audio-visual wall complements the curved skylight, creating a modern lifestyle akin to a boutique hotel within the residence, where the daily scenes flow like a cherished aspiration of the heart.
