"PROTAGONIST OF TIME CLUB" is located in Zhengzhou, China, with the historical Sand Wheel Factory as its backdrop, where ancient charm intertwines with modern vibes. In the past, this place was once the powerhouse of Asian abrasive wheel manufacturing, witnessing the glory of the industrial era. Today, as time flows, it has transformed into a cultural emblem of the city, narrating the vicissitudes and changes of Zhengzhou.

The clubhouse inherits the spirit of the Ersha Cultural and Creative Park, paying homage to history while embracing the future. The clever layout of the two-story space intertwines light, shadow, and lines, creating an elegant yet cozy atmosphere.

The spacious and bright reception area serves as an excellent venue for business meetings and social gatherings. The serene and refined tea room provides an ideal setting for tea tasting and philosophical discussions. The vibrant and diverse kids' activity area offers a joyful space for children to grow. The lush internal garden blends seamlessly with the architecture, exuding floral scents and providing residents with a pleasant leisure environment, akin to a utopian paradise.

The project perfectly blends Bauhaus style with modern residential concepts. By skillfully incorporating lines and colors, the architectural rhythm harmonizes with an international flair, resulting in a modern yet timeless exterior appearance.

The clever combination of brick-red terracotta tiles and metal profiles along the street creates a unique visual impact that is hard to forget. The use of large glass curtain walls enhances the transparency of the building, reflecting the texture of the era and showcasing the charm of classic industrial beauty. Attention was paid to creating a space that offers a comfortable and livable atmosphere through thoughtful spatial layout and circulation design.

The fusion of terracotta tiles and geometric architectural forms requires innovation while preserving traditional charm, which is undoubtedly a significant challenge. By conducting in-depth research on historical culture and modern aesthetic trends, the designers successfully found a balance. They skillfully combined brick-red terracotta tiles with modern building materials, creating a space that embodies both historical heritage and contemporary ambiance through meticulous design and construction.
