bp is under unprecedented transformation, which includes business transformation and working modalities transformation.



In July 2021, bp China piloted to launch work/life model. Such hybrid working will not only optimize working experience while reducing commute time, but also make bp a more agile and resilient organization to attract talents.



This requires further optimization of our workplace as a modern, open, healthy and digital space.



The new office has pursued LEED & WELL accreditations.



Digitalization is at the center of the design. There are up-to-date infrastructure supporting online meetings and enhancing people's experiences when engaging with others from the web, which has become one of the fundamental requests in the post-pandemic era.



Guest registration system, desk booking system, lighting/air quality sensor systems are integrated into the new office to make daily work life easier also keep the office environmentally pleasant.
