This project draws inspiration from Song dynasty aesthetics for the ground and basement levels, blending simplicity, elegance and comfort elements to create a living space that harmonizes historical essence with contemporary lifestyle needs. Designers incorporate extensive use of wooden finishes, clean lines and ancient architectural motifs, inheriting traditional Chinese architectural aesthetics and showcasing craftsmanship. Colors primarily consist of black, white, gray and brown, emphasizing depth and variation to evoke a tranquil, minimalist beauty. Decorative elements integrate Song dynasty cultural symbols and artworks while incorporating modern elements, fostering a coexistence of tradition and modernity.

On the second and third floors, the design ethos focuses on simplicity, practicality, comfort and personalization, employing an open layout to create spacious and airy living spaces. Green hues dominate the color scheme, enhancing depth and artistic flair through color contrasts and combinations. Natural and eco-friendly materials such as wood and stone are chosen to blend with the surroundings. Lighting design prioritizes soft, warm illumination, complemented by natural light to enhance brightness. Personalized decorative schemes and carefully selected furniture and lighting fixtures reflect the homeowner’s taste and lifestyle.

The fourth floor of the villa adopts an Italian-style aesthetic, featuring neutral and warm color palettes to evoke elegance and sophistication. Natural and rustic materials like stone and wood are selected for furnishings, with furniture designs characterized by simplicity and elegance. Artistic accessories, particularly those with Italian influences, are chosen to accentuate the space. Lighting design and window layout are orchestrated to create a cozy and romantic play of light and shadow, enhancing spatial depth and dimensionality.
