SHERATON HAIKOU RENOVATION

The Sheraton Haikou Hotel is located on the coconut tree-lined west coast of Haikou City. Starting from the local architectural structure of the overhang-style buildings, the hotel organically integrates unique details, local culture, and everyday life, creating a dual experience of memories and senses.



While retaining the original columns, it also gives the space an open layout. Rooted in local culture, Interscape Design Associates has transformed the unique symbols of the brocade of Li nationality weaving into the artistic shape of the reception desk. With natural materials, soft lighting, and unique color tones, the vacation atmosphere is seamlessly integrated into the space.



The lobby bar & More by Sheraton has a flexible, diverse, and orderly spatial layout. It combines multiple functions and harmoniously integrates entertainment, rest and communication. Bold blue art fixtures with cascading halos of color are echoed in the plaid carpet, creating an elegant and relaxed community atmosphere.



The renovation of guest rooms continues the design concept of the hotel's public areas. They are supplemented by exquisite details to carve out the charm of the space. Wooden materials and interlocking lines play a harmonious rhythm, hiding away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



By breaking the pattern of the original space, deconstructing, interpreting, restructuring, and repeatedly working out the spatial details, we jointly construct a visual communication containing the holiday atmosphere.



The natural color gives the space a warm and delicate atmosphere, and the brocade of Li nationality woven warp symbol used in the reception desk has evolved and been used here, frozen in the form of an artistic wall.



Interscape Design Associates goes beyond merely enhancing the hotel's functional and quality improvements to deeply explore the innovative expression of spatial essence and lifestyle scenarios. Amidst the interplay of mountains and seas, design team has initiated a seaside vacation feast resonating with art, opening a realm where culture thrives in harmony with modern comforts.
