Plum Wine Series

This plum wine series features Biluochun flavor and Osmanthus Longjing flavor. Its packaging design blends the boundaries of nature and art, employing a minimalist yet deeply cultural design concept that cleverly combines the agility of Chinese calligraphy with natural mountain imagery. The green tones on the label symbolize the freshness of tea leaves and plums, enhanced by the use of hot stamping techniques to give it a high-end texture and visual focus. The tea leaf-shaped horizontal mark at the neck of the bottle not only adds recognition but also pays homage to the source of the ingredients, making each bottle of plum wine seem as if it flows naturally from the mountains, brimming with the freshness of nature and the charm of culture.

Biluochun Plum Wine is crafted from selected Biluochun green tea from the early spring season around Suzhou's Taihu Lake. Cold-brewed to extract its essence, the wine carries a delicate and barely perceptible bitterness amidst its clear and elegant tea aroma, blending seamlessly with the rich plum fragrance of 8-year-old Taihu plum wine to achieve its unique refinement. Using clear rice wine as its base, the wine is made smoother, while the addition of honey adds a fresh and sweet taste, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste. With a light alcoholic density, its delicate and subtle fragrance, clear elegance, and smoothness shine through in both iced and sparkling water pairings, revealing its fresh and pure essence within its amber golden hue.

Osmanthus Longjing Plum Wine gathers the essence of Hangzhou’s osmanthus and Longjing tea, using dry steaming and cold-brewing techniques to preserve the clear elegance of tea aroma and the refreshing scent of the flower. Blended with the richness of 8-year-old plum wine and 28-year-old plum wine, it presents a rich and layered aromatic experience. Similarly based on clear rice wine and blended with honey, its 12-degree body showcases elegance and smoothness, with a lingering sweetness that revitalizes the palate, offering gentle comfort with every sip. Within its light amber gold hue, the fragrance of Gui flowers, Longjing tea, and plum intertwine into a poetic ode to autumn.
