CRCC City Park

Located in Hengli Island, Nansha District, Guangzhou, City Park by Nansha Development & Construction Group and China Railway is the only large luxury flat in the financial area covering about 370 square meters, which is close to the Nansha landmark IFF and provides a riverside dreamy lifestyle. This natural artistic taste allows the place to tell its story in an inviting way. Starting from the reception area, the space is symmetrical and solemn, elegant and atmospheric. The design involves Chinese and Western style, giving the space a sense of ceremony and fashion vibe. On the first floor are project brand area, chat area, signing room and office. Through the brand corridor is the sand table area and the reception area. These two areas use dark wood veneer and green stone so as to show the mildness of the Oriental culture. The enclosed reception area has smooth traffic lines and broad vision. And the coffee area in the center of the space perfectly connects every chat places, which reminds people of executive lounges’ quality service in star hotels. The second floor, more of a clubhouse, adopt the same design language. The consistency of materials and the layout makes the space comfortable and pleasing. This floor providing a broad vision of fascinating scenes is equipped with leisure reading, tea room, wine and cigar area, private dining and fitness area, all of which meet the needs of future owners.
