The project is situated in the Guanlan Golf Villa area, covering approximately 3,000 square meters, with an indoor area of around 1,800 m2. Designed with an Art Deco theme, this villa simplifies complexity by retaining the core elements of Art Deco while discarding excessive ornamentation. Emphasizing light renovations and rich decor, the overall design is both streamlined and elegant, therefore allowing the space to exude a refined and cultured atmosphere.
