HydraSense is a smart sock designed for real-time hydration and electrolyte monitoring, ideal for athletes and active individuals who need effective hydration management.

This innovative wearable tracks essential markers like sodium and potassium levels through sweat analysis. Advanced sensors embedded in the sock measure hydration, temperature, and humidity, creating a comprehensive profile of the user’s hydration status.

Collected data is wirelessly transmitted to a smartphone or smartwatch, where an intuitive app interface provides real-time insights on hydration, electrolyte balance, and other key health indicators, helping users make informed health decisions.

The smart sock is made from comfortable, breathable materials to ensure long-term wearability during workouts. Sensors are strategically placed around the sole and ankle to maximize sweat contact and data consistency.

Planned enhancements for HydraSense include increased sensor sensitivity, expanded biomarker detection, and AI-driven analytics. These improvements aim to deliver deeper, personalized health insights, empowering users to proactively manage hydration and overall well-being during physical activities.
