Hei Design Interiors has redefined luxury and relaxation in this 2,780-square-foot residence through the harmonious integration of materials and design elements. The design aims to create a prestigious, luxurious atmosphere with a functional layout that supports both personal and family activities, seamlessly blending artistic and practical elements.

Drawing inspiration from a Maldivian vacation villa, the design evokes the ambience of a daily holiday retreat. The living area, boasting a 3.5-meter-high wood-veneer false ceiling, offers an air of relaxation and refinement. Complementing this, the “Arctic Ocean” marble flooring with a unique leather-textured finish enhances the dining, kitchen, and staircase areas, promising daily indulgence surrounded by luxury.

The design achieves cohesiveness without compromising the personal preferences of each family member. The captivating staircase is revamped with a different entrance direction and embellished with marble, wood veneer, and steel, functioning as an art-collection display passage. This architectural masterpiece not only connects multiple floors but also addresses original layout inefficiencies. The suspended staircase, with its pebble and marble platform, ambient lighting, and extended first step, creates a luxurious retreat ambiance while optimising dining room space.

Stepping on the upper floors are the uniquely tailored private spaces for each family member. The master bedroom, adorned in soft earth tones, offers serene luxury. The sons' rooms, in chic black, white, and grey tones, provide ample storage and expansive desks.
