By refining the characteristics of the finless porpoise community, we develop a personified main IP image that deeply integrates with the theme of "Once Again, the Spring River Moonlit Night." The phrase "once again" symbolizes a look back at history from the present, a dialogue between now and the future.



With a lifespan of about 20 years, the Chang Xiaotun IP travels through time, evolving alongside human civilization. Thus, Chang Xiaotun is not only a witness to the history of Changzhou but also a participant in the Yangtze River civilization and a guardian of global ecology. Through these three roles, it connects the history of Changzhou, the civilization of the Yangtze River, and global ecology, inviting us to reflect on the past, experience the present, and envision the future together with the Chang Xiaotun IP.
