The Flooded Village is a landscape concept design for flood mitigation, landscape regeneration and creation of a new eco-tourist site in Asturias in Northern Spain. By creating a dam and flooding a historical village the site would provide water sports, diving and educational and community activities for tourist and local communities alike while utilising constructed wetland to process domestic sewage from sinks and washing machine into clean filtered water.
