Joyous Villa is located in the center of the core residential area of Tianjin Haihe Education Park, surrounded by well-known universities such as Tianda and Nankai. Inheriting from the concept of oriental aesthetics and adhering to modernist craftsmanship, it presents a model aesthetic mansion of "National Style Song Yun, Garden Academy" for Haijiao Garden. The project creates a two-axis cross pattern with sycamore and Begrey Avenue, taking into account the central axis symmetrical aesthetics of the traditional East and the multi-dimensional needs of modern community living. The marketing center and clubhouse are symmetrically arranged, and the invent "s"-shaped roofs are like mountains and books, forming the intention of a floor platform, making the original thick wall light eaves and elegantly condensed. The main facade is a transparent floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall, which combines modern and classic organically to form a strong visual impact.
