The design of Bafang Construction – Tucheng Fushikang harmoniously combines modern minimalism with warmth and sophistication, featuring a dual-unit layout with five bedrooms. By integrating flowing lines, natural materials, and textured finishes, the design achieves a seamless, inviting aesthetic that balances functionality and artistic refinement.

Key highlights include curved architectural forms that soften the visual impact of structural beams and columns, transforming them into cohesive design elements. This flow enhances spatial continuity, creating a sense of openness and harmony. Artistic wall finishes—using carefully applied textured paint—add depth and visual interest, elevating the overall ambiance with a subtle play of light and texture.

The dual-unit, five-bedroom layout posed the challenge of unifying two spaces while maintaining individuality. Flowing lines and consistent materials such as wood and stone, connect the spaces, while tailored design details personalize each area. The five bedrooms serve as tranquil retreats, with warm tones, soft lighting, and natural textures fostering restfulness.

The kitchen is defined by glass partitions, preserving openness while subtly separating functional zones.
