Green Pond Park

The project is based on the location of the site to create a luxurious shared space that suits the identity of the users. The design team took natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal, along with geometric symbols of prestige and sculpture to shape an eye-catching aesthetic. They took advantage of the height of the space and used lines to guide and extend the theme of "grandeur" and "luxury". In addition, the site faces the 430,000-square-meter "Green Pond Ecological Park", so the overall design consideration integrates sustainability, elderly-friendly, and green energy concepts.

There are many impressive designs in the vast area, such as the high ceilings in line with the prestigious class, the Art Deco geometry of gold and jade, the double round glass elevator, and the waterfall pool under the starry sky-like ceiling. The project combines spatial aesthetics, light and shadow, and installation art, all of which are combined and woven into the environment in a seamless approach.
