Inspired by the homeowner's understated personality, the design embraces minimalist gray tones and fluid lines to craft a modern style signifying the personal character. Considering the homeowner lives with his mother, the designer planned an agreeable layout to maintain individual privacy and allow for comfortable interaction. Within the tranquil setting, the design avoids excessive ornamentation but focuses on fulfilling functional needs while reflecting personal taste. Unaffectedly, the pristine style exudes effortless calm and fosters emotional connections.

The layout plan integrates utility with aesthetics to create a living space that is both functional and artistically appealing. At the entrance, a partition screen serves as a solution to the Feng Shui concern of a direct view from the doorway to the window. A storage cabinet attached to the partition screen with handcrafted textured paint, styling a feature wall. In addition, the design team arranged an island between the kitchen and dining area, facilitating the homeowner's mother's daily routines. This setting provides a welcoming space for visiting friends and relatives and enhances the home's functionality and flexibility.

In response to the fast-paced modern world, the design team considerately crafted a space that allows the homeowner to unwind and focus on the joys of life. Durable modular boards are the primary building materials coordinated with easy-cleaned surfaces such as stone and ceramic slabs to relieve the efforts for future maintenance. Moreover, the energy recovery ventilation equipment eliminates dust accumulation while improving indoor and outdoor air circulation and saving power. The efficiency of equipment planning contributes to lessening living burdens and brings leeway to the homeowner. As a result, he may spend more quality time with his family and himself.
