This project centers around the meticulous planning of an exquisite private residence nestled in the vibrant heart of the city. The homeowners, a couple with a discerning taste for elegance, envisioned a living space that embodies a hotel-style ambiance—light, luxurious, and inviting. To bring this vision to life, the designer handpicked a harmonious blend of sophisticated materials and colors, thoughtfully integrating modern living features tailored to meet the family's needs. Given that the couple has a young child, particular attention was paid to the public areas of the home. The open-plan design, enhanced by a U-shaped layout, creates a spacious and airy environment that encourages both playfulness and family interaction. This thoughtful arrangement not only provides ample room for the child to explore freely but also fosters intimacy among family members as they gather together. Moreover, safety was a top priority throughout the design process. The cabinetry throughout the residence boasts a sleek, handle-free design, effectively reducing the risk of injury from accidental collisions. This innovative choice not only enhances the home's safety but also contributes to its modern aesthetic, making it a truly ideal haven for the family. Overall, this project beautifully balances elegance, functionality, and safety, providing a remarkable living experience.



Upon entering the room, one will be immediately enveloped by a striking low-chroma gray-scale color scheme that elegantly sets the tone for the space. This sophisticated palette is beautifully complemented by the warm tones of natural wood grain and the luxurious textures of marble. As the eyes wander, it becomes evident that the carefully selected materials harmonize with simple lines and patterns, creating a minimalist yet inviting atmosphere that feels both warm and layered. Each area of the home is paved with exquisite natural marble, handpicked by the homeowner to enhance the aesthetic experience. The entrance hall greets visitors with bold black and gold, while the living room showcases a deep, calming green. Transitioning into the dining room, a striking black and white palette creates a flowing visual narrative that connects the spaces.
