About The Entry

The DYNO game employs a dynamic topology rock wall generation algorithm that continuously produces diverse climbing path options—blue, red, and yellow holds corresponding to beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels—granting patients full autonomy in selecting their routes. Each selected hold triggers subsequent topological changes, ensuring that no training combination is ever repeated. In addition, a real-time stamina bar monitors physical thresholds to balance challenges with safety, and the inclusion of social features establishes a rehabilitation community for stroke patients, thereby sustaining long-term training engagement on multiple levels.

Training data is synchronized to a clinician’s three-dimensional heat map, where AI analyzes grip strength peaks, movement accuracy, and path selection patterns to generate a “Capability Evolution Map” and identify progression windows, assisting physicians in formulating personalized intervention plans. Integration with hospital EHR systems supports remote monitoring, significantly enhancing the efficiency of medical resource utilization and benefiting both patients and clinicians.

As an accessible solution, DYNO deeply integrates clinical rehabilitation with advanced gaming technology, overcoming the limitations of traditional home rehabilitation and advancing post-stroke recovery from “passive treatment” to “active capability rebuilding.”
