Choking due to food obstruction in public areas is very risky. Professional help is often delayed, tools are limited, and bystanders usually lack proper training. Traditional first aid is often ineffective, causing treatment delays. To solve this, we developed a dual-mode emergency device for such choking situations.
During the crucial rescue period, the device uses two modes. In suction mode, a medical-grade suction cup seals around the throat, using controlled negative pressure to noninvasively remove food obstructions. In breathing mode, a precision-engineered tube punctures the food blockage, allowing air exchange and keeping the patient breathing. An integrated smart alert system sends location data during use, speeding up emergency response.
The device is designed for instant use, with an easy interface guiding new users. The storage case has a clear instruction label. Two buttons let users easily choose between the suction and airway-piercing modes. A built-in screen offers real - time guidance and feedback for correct operation. Plus, replaceable suction cups and breathing tubes ensure hygiene. Automatic alerts share location data to bring professional help faster. This well - designed device reduces the learning curve, allowing even those unfamiliar with it to act quickly in emergencies.
