About The Entry

Project Overview

·Location & Vision

Situated at the intersection of the Oujiang River’s natural landscape and metropolitan vibrancy, Longgang One Mansion is a collaborative masterpiece by CCA GROUP and Xingchuang Group, redefining contemporary living through the fusion of “mountain, sea, and city.”

·Design Philosophy

Inspired by the serene hues of Song Dynasty celadon and BVLGARI’s modern luxury, the project harmonizes tradition with innovation. Utilizing intangible cultural heritage techniques like lacquerware and Ou embroidery, it reimagines the literati aesthetics of ancient China, creating an urban sanctuary where residents embrace both historical echoes and cosmopolitan energy.

Key Features

Dual Aesthetic Narratives: Unit 342 embodies “mountain retreat” tranquility with natural motifs, while Unit 220 celebrates urban sophistication through BVLGARI green and Art Deco influences.

Vertical Spatial Storytelling: A five-level structure (3 aboveground, 2 underground) blends neo-Song minimalism with modern opulence, infused with BVLGARI’s design DNA from luxury cars and jewelry.

Cultural Immersion: Ou opera, Wenzhou lacquer art, and tea rituals create multisensory cultural experiences.
