Located at Huazhaobi Zhongheng Street in Chengdu, POLY·Huazhao TAN GIM enjoys the most premium supporting facilities in its district.



As a new masterpiece of POLY's TAN GIM series, the design concept revolves around two core themes: "Jade" (representing the TAN GIM series identity) and "Zhaobi Wall" (reflecting Chengdu's local culture). The project interprets classical elegance through contemporary design language, combining international metropolitan sophistication with Sichuan cultural elements to create understated luxury residences.



Centered around the balcony courtyard concept, the design creates multiple flowing pathways connecting interior and exterior spaces - from living room to L-shaped Sky Terrace, master bedroom to balcony, light hall to entrance, and dining area to veranda. This spatial choreography creates park-like wandering experiences within the residence while maintaining functional accessibility, granting domestic life unprecedented freedom and flexibility.
