Personalised Wellness, Powered by Data
MAP Health is a health-tech startup on a mission to help people look and feel their best—through personalised, data-driven wellness plans. It’s the first platform to combine DNA insights, blood biomarkers, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and lifestyle behaviours to create tailored action plans aligned with patient aesthetic and health goals.
With over 18,000 clinics across the UK in their network, scalability, clarity, and ease of use were essential to success.
Spinning Fox partnered with MAP Health at an early stage to bring this complex vision to life. Our challenge was to transform a wealth of clinical and genetic data into a clear, engaging experience for both clinics and patients—turning fragmented insights into actionable plans people can actually follow.
We worked closely with the MAP Health team to understand clinical workflows and user needs, shaping the platform around two key experiences: an intuitive onboarding and goal tracking process for patients, and a responsive dashboard for clinics to build and monitor health programmes. Every touchpoint was designed to feel human, personalised, and easy to navigate—regardless of the user’s medical literacy.
The platform supports responsive access across desktop, tablet and mobile, allowing clinics to manage patient programmes and enabling patients to stay engaged on-the-go. Using real-time data from wearables, combined with test results and genetic predispositions, the system delivers wellness plans tailored to goals like improving skin, managing weight, or increasing energy.
Spinning Fox developed a working prototype to demonstrate the product’s full capability—allowing MAP Health to gather early feedback, engage with aesthetic health clinics, and generate traction ahead of launch. The result is a tool that simplifies medical data, supports clinical decision-making, and enhances patient outcomes—setting a new benchmark for digital experiences in the medical aesthetics space.
