This project is situated at the corner of a residential area, surrounded by lush natural landscapes and soft nighttime lighting arrangements. It features as a vibrant and artistic landmark within the residential area. Besides, the garden window on a side can be seasonally staged and serve as a focal point for passersby to admire. In the courtyard, the elegant design of water features and cascading waterfalls adds aesthetic appeal and effectively regulates the ambient temperature, offering a refreshing sensation. Furthermore, the exterior incorporates reflective laminated glass to reduce the need for air conditioning. Meanwhile, energy recovery ventilation enhances environmental sustainability with consistent indoor comfort.

The exterior pathways that entirely regard the surrounding traffic conditions receive guests from the side, leading them through the stepping pavers and along a cascading water pool. The exquisite design brings the comers into the reception area with refreshed and calm moods.
