About The Entry

In recent years, outdoor activities such as hiking have become deeply popular among the public. However, with the increase in the number of participants, problems like environmental pollution and ecological damage have emerged. Some people lack ecological knowledge and environmental awareness, exacerbating the severity of these issues.

Through research, it has been found that hiking enthusiasts face many troubles. For example, physical fitness affects the hiking experience, time management is difficult, there are hygiene and safety risks, equipment is insufficient, and it's inconvenient to carry supplies. The needs of different groups vary. Students are receptive to new things, and middle - income earners value the quality of life. Generally, they hope to get professional route guidance, personalized medical and nutritional support, efficient time - management plans, and recommendations for professional equipment.

Based on these circumstances, this project targets people aged 18 - 35 and creates a service model that combines an APP and products, integrating online and offline resources. The APP provides functions such as route planning, skill training, environmental - protection knowledge, product purchasing, activity check - ins, and forum discussions in the form of task check - ins. Points earned from check - ins can be redeemed for equipment. Users can also share their hiking experiences and records, and collect and like others' hiking records.

The project involves multiple stakeholders, including local governments, hiking enthusiasts, and reward partners. The service blueprint shows the entire experience of users from getting to know about the project to completing a hiking trip. Tools like Google Maps are used to optimize each link. At the same time, the functions and interaction logic of the APP are presented to enhance the hiking experience, promote the protection of the natural environment, and advocate green hiking.
