Novera reimagines health tracking for individuals living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a chronic condition that affects 1 in 10 women. Often misunderstood or overlooked in mainstream health tech, PCOS requires more than generic advice or basic symptom logs. It calls for a compassionate, personalized approach that acknowledges the lifelong complexity of managing this condition.
Our target audience includes women of reproductive age, typically 14 to 40, who are diagnosed with PCOS or suspect they may have it. Many feel frustrated by unclear medical guidance and struggle with symptoms like irregular periods, acne, fatigue, mood swings, and fertility concerns. Novera centers empathy, adaptability, and identity, giving users a platform to thrive on their own terms.
Unlike data-heavy tracking apps, Novera serves as a thoughtful, adaptive companion for those navigating hormonal imbalances, fatigue, weight fluctuations, dietary struggles, mood swings, and more. Since there is no one-size-fits-all cure for PCOS, Novera’s goal is to empower users to understand and support their bodies.
Key features include AI-powered personalized plans, long-term symptom tracking, and smart insights that combine wearable data with passive and active tracking. Novera helps users spot trends, stay consistent, and celebrate progress. Instead of overwhelming users with charts and numbers, the app introduces a seasonal metaphor to visualize health rhythms. This helps transform hormonal changes into a cycle of growth and reflection, not shame or confusion.
What’s more, we’re actively working on expanding Novera’s ecosystem with features like expert-led programs, peer support groups, and in-app messaging with certified health professionals.
