CarboLume Trek offers a groundbreaking solution that seamlessly integrates UV water purification, water storage, and outdoor illumination. It effectively addresses common challenges faced during outdoor activities, such as reducing backpack burden, ensuring access to clean drinking water, and simplifying operation.

For camping activities, users have to carry three separate devices including water purifiers, water containers, and camping lights, adding unnecessary weight to backpacks and consuming valuable storage space. In response, the design team has developed CarboLume Trek, the world’s first vertical gear integrating the three essential devices. Benefiting from its modular design, the product is 60% smaller in size and weighs only 450 grams (equivalent to a water bottle).

Water safety is the key priority for outdoor survival. Considering that, CarboLume Trek employs a UV+activated carbon purification system and intelligent sensing technology to ensure comprehensive safety protection throughout the entire process. The UV-C module utilizes the 265nm UV light to penetrate the cell wall of bacteria within 30 seconds, achieving a sterilizing rate of up to 99.99%. The 0.2μm ultra-fine 5-layer honeycomb-like activated carbon filter efficiently removes dirt, heavy metals, and odor molecules—particularly suitable for treating water from wild sources like rivers and lakes. Moreover, the built-in sensor continuously monitors water quality, with an LED screen displaying the real-time TDS value and purification progress, eliminating the health risks associated with blind operation common in conventional water purifiers.

To tackle extreme environments, the main body of CarboLume Trek is made from aerospace-grade TC4 titanium alloy, 47% lighter than stainless steel. It also adapts to a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 120℃, ensuring structural stability whether in a scorching desert or a freezing mountain. The impact-resistant illumination module adopts a translucent silicone lampshade instead of the traditional glass one. This minimizes breakage risks, and offers evenly distributed warm white light, perfect for tent reading, night navigation and other scenarios. Unlike conventional water purifiers, CarboLume Trek boasts a removable filter, allowing users to thoroughly clean the interior by eliminating hard-to-reach areas. Such a design effectively inhibits microbial growth, making the product ideal for continuous use during multi-day hikes.
