SilverDoor’s new London headquarters represents a bold shift in how workspace can reflect brand identity, foster culture, and support business evolution. Designed in partnership with TSK, the project transforms a previously fragmented, multi-floor office into a unified, human-centred environment on a single level that invites connection, clarity and creativity.
The spatial strategy begins with openness. Moving to a single floor enhances visibility, accessibility and collaboration across teams. Desking lines the perimeter to maximise natural light, while quiet rooms, acoustic booths and collaborative zones offer flexibility and choice. Each area transitions fluidly into the next, encouraging movement without confusion.
At its heart is The Den, a vibrant social anchor with tiered seating, lounge settings and games. It serves as a cultural hub, restoring rhythm and spontaneity to daily life. It’s not just a breakout; it’s where team connection is rebuilt.
The reception draws on boutique hotel cues to express SilverDoor’s service values. A sculptural lion totem, layered lighting and digital media wall bring brand identity to life, while hybrid-ready client suites mirror this tone with warmth and precision.
Sustainability runs throughout. Doors, glazing, and furniture were retained where possible. Interface’s Net Effect carpet, PET acoustic panels, and natural finishes were selected for circularity and environmental performance. The design balances tactility with intent. Calm tones, soft acoustics, and biophilic elements enhance well-being and reduce reliance on artificial systems.
The workplace is designed to flex. Modular layouts, upgraded M&E systems and a large central kitchen support hospitality, content creation and team events. A dedicated media studio enables in-house production, strengthening brand storytelling and operational control.
Crafted with care and strategic clarity, this workspace does more than meet modern demands; it reshapes how people experience work. SilverDoor’s headquarters expresses who they are and what they stand for while giving them the tools to grow, connect, and lead with purpose.
