This innovative pipette tip rack is designed to address the pain points of existing Manual-Type Rack-Packaged Pipette Tips, such as excessive plastic use, high costs, and non-compliance with SBS standards. It integrates environmental consciousness with human-machine dual applicability, significantly reducing plastic consumption through structural optimization, while enhancing operational convenience and standardization. This offers a more efficient and sustainable solution for biological and chemical laboratories.
The core design philosophy of this product lies in "environmental protection" and "human-machine dual-use". By separating the traditional thick carrier plate into a thinner carrier plate and a gripping plate, the amount of plastic required for reusable packaging is significantly reduced. Concurrently, the SBS extended edge design on the outer diameter of the base allows it to integrate seamlessly into automated workstations without additional adapters, greatly enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of laboratory operations beyond manual pipetting.
The surfaces of the lid and box (excluding the logo area) feature a fine frosted finish, facilitating user marking that is not easily erased. The internal snap-fit lid design allows for easy one-handed opening with a light press, offering both simplicity and practicality. The pipette tips incorporate a flexible interface design with a thinner air vent and shortened hanging feet, significantly reducing the force required for attachment, thereby mitigating wrist fatigue during prolonged use. The white design of the bottom box provides a "white paper" visual effect, making markings easier to view; the semi-transparent lid allows users to quickly identify tip specifications by the carrier plate's color. A dedicated marking area is present in the middle of the lid's top surface for convenient labeling and writing.
