The Surforce nanomembrane is crafted using a biomimetic planar cocoon spinning technique, which simulates the planar cocoon structures found in nature. Inspired by the crisscross arrangement of trees in windbreak forests, it forms a multi-layered, interwoven microporous membrane at the nanometer scale. This sophisticated structure not only disperses wind pressure across the surface but also allows smooth release of body heat and moisture—achieving a dynamic balance of wind resistance, breathability, and thermal regulation.
