The 3D Honeycomb Paper Mat transforms honeycomb paper cores into a three-dimensional cushioning material that delivers outstanding impact absorption and exceptional flexibility. A patented stretch-forming and pre-shaping process allows the mat to be supplied as sheets or rolls for use across many packing scenarios. It conforms around corners, edges, and surfaces and can be bent or folded freely to fit irregular items. With load capacity up to 500 kg, it protects everything from light goods to heavy components and helps reduce shipping and packaging costs.

Performance testing shows strong compression resistance. Under a continuous 20 lb transport load for 96 hours, the mat maintained protective thickness and continued to cushion the contents effectively. Compared with conventional void fill, it can significantly reduce overall pack volume and improve shipping efficiency.

The 3D Honeycomb Paper Mat combines high load tolerance with pliability to wrap items in a full 360 degree protective layer, making it especially effective for guarding corners and fragile products.
