Located in MIXC Hohhot, the NEXT BOX project establishes a pioneering commercial and cultural platform that transforms space into an immersive co-creation scene. Under the NEXT BOX brand of spatial operation, the project refines four symbolic environments—grassland meadow, desert dune, forest oasis, and starlit galaxy—into a visionary site of collective imagination and cultural innovation.

The project consists of four themed experiences: MIXC DUNE, MIXC MEADOW, MIXC OASIS, and MIXC GALAXY. Each theme is curated to integrate design innovation, cultural narrative, and commercial vitality. Among them, MIXC DUNE positions itself as a curatorial retail hub, driven by the synergy of thematic scenography, immersive experience, and trend-focused exhibitions. MIXC MEADOW introduces a unique co-creation process with local intangible heritage, particularly the traditional Morin Khuur (horse-head fiddle), expressed through deconstructivist and large-scale sculptural design.

The NEXT BOX model establishes a sustainable commercial loop by combining scenario-based attraction, immersive retention, and cross-brand conversion. This creates not only a cultural landmark for local audiences but also a flexible and iterative operating system that continuously adapts to new cultural and market trends.
