CSPC Medical Park

From October to April each year, large numbers of elderly travelers from northern China flock to the resort town of Sanya on the southern island of Hainan to escape the harsh winter, living what’s known as the "migratory bird" lifestyle. While Sanya offers a warm and pleasant climate, its visitors often face challenges in accessing high-quality medical care during their long stays.

CSPC Medical Park has addressed this issue by introducing top-tier national medical resources and reimagining healthcare spaces through a de-institutionalized design approach, which blurs the boundaries between traditional hospitals and resorts. Now in its pilot phase, the project has already shown strong potential as a key addition to the city’s public health infrastructure.

Located in Haitang Bay, the 20,000-square-meter park is a renovation of an existing building. It integrates a comprehensive range of services:Cardiopulmonary Anti-aging、Cardiac Telemedicine、Traditional Chinese Therapy Hub、Dental Clinic、Anti-Sugar Restaurant、Medical-Grade Guest Rooms、Outdoor Wellness Facilities、Tree of Life Installation.
