Refined Apartment explores the full potential of compact urban living, guided by the concept of “refinement and comfort.” The design restructures layouts and optimizes functionality to meet both practical and emotional needs, creating a modernist living environment that is precise, efficient, and comfortable.

Embracing the philosophy of “small space, big world,” conventional functional boundaries are dissolved. Spatial and functional elements overlap and interact, while circulation is carefully reorganized to mitigate original constraints and enhance overall usability.
